Spa Policies


We suggest calling in advance to ensure availability.** For multiple services or Spa packages we require a credit card to secure your services. Please notify our spa coordinator if you have any physical conditions we need to be aware of. Are you pregnant? Do you have major allergies?


If it is your first visit with us please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can complete our client information profile.

late arrivals

While we try to accommodate late arrivals with a full therapy session, therapy time may need to be reduced so as not to intrude on the following clients’ reserved time.


Our Therapists are licensed and experienced professionals. They are trained in procedures to assure you are properly covered during the treatment and your privacy will always be respected.

While in the Spa, please contribute to everyone’s relaxation by speaking softly.

Guests must be 12 years old to be permitted in the Spa area. Please arrange for child care prior to your visit.


We understand emergencies do arise, however we require at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. A cancellation fee of half the service amount will apply if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. No shows will be charged 100% of service fee.


Gratuities are not included in our spa treatments but are truly appreciated. Envelopes are available at the front desk. **We only accept cash or checks. Sorry no credit cards.

return policy

Retail products must be returned within 30 days “unused” and with valid receipt. You will be given a store credit for the amount of the returned item. **Gift Certificates are not returnable and non-refundable for cash. Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase.
